Saltfish Salad Relish

Ingredients
1, 3-inch square piece saltfish *
1 medium onion
4 green chilies
1 large lime
*Ngabok or Venezuelan dried fish in the U.S.A.
Methods
Bake or toast salt fish after washing it. Turn till all sides are done. When cool, shred it finely.
Slice onion and soak in water. Seed chili and cut skins small.
Mix fish, onion, and chili, squeeze lime over all, and mix well.
