|Kang Kong||Ga-Zoon-Ywat (ကဇြန္းရြက္)||Also known as Water Convolvulus, water morning glory and water spinach. The shoots and leaves are best stir fried or braised. In Thailand the tender shoots are eaten raw. In Philippines, the hollow stems are used to make a type of pickle.
Health benefits: Very rich in iron and vitamin A, yet lacks the bitterness of some of the other iron-rich greens.
