Love the recipies...especially the Balaghaung...reminds me of my Grandmothers cooking (she was Burmese, and taught English at a girls school in North London)...my own favourite curry is Dry Beef, which I like to eat with Balachaung, Bitter Melon Fried with Sliced Onion & Prawns, and Pepper Water.
I like Cocanut Rice with Dry Chicken Curry Too!!
